S.E.A Aquarium
August 21, 2013A long awhile ago, I bought a discounted tickets for Nigel and I to go visit S.E.A Aquarium, and for about 5 months, we put off going to the Aquarium, waited until he was done being busy at work, before our holiday, we went to the Aquarium! The weekend that had bad haze in Singapore as well, explains the lack of nicer photos although my boyfriend brought his awesome camera out.. Sigh.
Anyway, when my parents first attained their tickets, my mother went there, she told me that the place was really small, however interesting and it takes about 2 hours to cover the whole place. Alright! I was super excited because during the whole 5 months period, I've seen tons of photos that people posted at the S.E.A aquarium, and because my friend showed me japan's largest aquarium, which left a great impact in me, and I wanted to experience the largest aquarium as well! S.E.A is probably nothing much like that, but I guess you could say it's PRETTY close.
Isn't this scene just amazing?
So.. The S.E.A Aquarium, was really busy and had tons of people, it was so crowded it was honestly a little tough to view the fishes and stand in front of the tanks for too long a time, everyone would give you the eye or just push you around, because they want to take a look at the tank as well. Being short and having a crowd wasn't to my liking, I just stood behind the whole crowd and took a glimpse at the tanks, at some, I let my boyfriend take a look and just describe the fish that was inside. The life of a shorty... Anyway, like everyone else, I took photos of the jellyfishes! Also the easiest to take a picture of.

I was totally in awe with this particular tank of jelly fishes! It's all cause they were translucent, and the lights lined inside of the tank shines through them making them look so insanely pretty. I just stood there for awhile, watching the lights change, watching them "change colours". Until the tank got way too crowded that I was pushed aside. But, it was an amazing sight.

These 2 photos was taken because it aids what I'm a about to tell you.
N: "What's happening up there? Mass orgy?" (refer to the top picture)M: "Yeah, they must really love each other. HAHA. Anyway, won't their long tentacles get tangled with each other?"N: "Good question."
So happens, yes, I think the 2nd photo depicts our conversation, I guess their tentacles gets tangled, it's a whole mess!
We officially covered the whole S.E.A Aquarium within 1 hour, without running or rushing, although we didn't read in detail about all the fishes in every single tank, there were too many tanks and too many species. I believe it's a great place for a date or for families, kids love fishes.

Head down to the S.E.A Aquarium to see the many species of fishes and jellyfishes, and dolphins! The dolphins were extremely cute, however, the tank had green stuff, which made it tough to take photos. Check them out yourself!
